I.Drive

When selecting a driver,generally consider three aspects:speed,control form,protection level.Speed:The higher the speed,the greater the flow.Chuanggrui recommends a speed slightly higher than their own needs.Control form:generally adjustable speed,flow distribution,external control and other forms.Protection level:The higher the protection level is,the higher the ability of water immersion is.Select the corresponding protection level according to the working environment of your own industry.

Second,the pump head

The selection of pump head generally considers five aspects:reference flow,channel requirements,roller requirements,chemical resistance,hose replacement.Different pump head with different hose,the flow is not the same,so please pay attention to the reference flow when choosing the pump head.Channel is divided into single channel or multi-channel,if there is a need for multi-channel,choose multi-channel pump head or pump head series can also be connected.

Consider five aspects when selecting a hose:reference flow,chemical resistance,fluid temperature,hose life,suction head.Different types of hoses carry different amounts of water.Select the appropriate hose based on your requirements.Hose material is different,different temperature resistance,ordinary rubber hose can reach 100°,and silicone rubber hose can withstand 200°high temperature.

Among the three accessories of the micro peristaltic pump,the main contact with the fluid is the hose,so the chemical resistance of the hose is the key consideration when choosing,such as silicone rubber can resist high and low temperature,and fluorine rubber has oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance.Although for different use,hose life also fluctuates.

Suction lift:The peristaltic pump relies on the vacuum generated between the rotors,using the air pressure difference for fluid transport,which also produces suction and lift.Suction range refers to the vertical distance between the pumping port and the liquid to be pumped,and the head refers to the height of the pump water.The material,inner diameter,wall thickness and other factors of the hose will affect the suction head.
