There is a gap between the piston and the pump body of the piston pump,and Shear force generated when the piston pump compresses the high-speed flow fluid through the small aperture path may have a potential impact on some Shear force sensitive biological products.The product viscosity is high,the piston pump in the piston extrusion liquid,the inner cavity is easy to produce large pressure,micro charging,this pressure is easy to affect the charging accuracy,compared with the peristaltic pump,the charging pressure is relatively low.

When some products react to metal parts,the charging kit composed of packaging materials without metal parts also avoids contact between liquid medicine and metal.Of course,the hose has a great influence on the overall performance of peristaltic pump,and the uniform thickness of soft pipe wall,durability"fatigue"or material"memory"are important reference factors that need to be paid attention to when choosing.
