Pumps with smaller"pillow"volumes also carry smaller volumes of fluid per turn of the rotor.The small"pillow"formed quickly and continuously makes the fluid flow more stable.This is similar to the way gear pumps work.With bidirectional equivalent flow transmission capacity;No liquid empty operation will not cause damage to any parts of the pump,can produce up to 98%vacuum degree.

There are no valves,mechanical seals,and packing seals,which can cause leaks and maintenance.It can easily transport solid,liquid or gas-liquid mixed phase fluid,allowing the solid diameter contained in the fluid to reach 40%of the inner diameter of the tube element;Can transport a variety of grinding,corrosion,oxygen sensitive characteristics of the material and a variety of food;Only the hoses need to be replaced,and the replacement operation is very simple.The product is not in contact with any part except hose.
